By accessing or using the srd9 platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms serve as a legally binding agreement between srd9 and its members.

• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all of them will be closed.

• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Your password must not be shared with anyone.

Srd9 reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration. If any details are found to be false or misleading, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

The rules governing deposits and withdrawals on srd9 are detailed below:

Deposit Terms

• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum per single transaction is ৳1,00,000.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and any such transactions will be reversed.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing is typically completed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only available after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

Srd9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements, which will be outlined in the bonus details.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per member.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe after a bonus is claimed, the bonus will be forfeited.
• To withdraw winnings earned through a bonus, all wagering requirements must be fully met.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Srd9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being voided, and may lead to account closure.

The following rules apply to placing and managing bets on srd9:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cashout option is available.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, srd9 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• The maximum stake for a single bet may vary depending on the market and event.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same match to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.

Srd9 reserves the right to verify the validity of any bet. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, payment may be withheld pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the srd9 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities or technical weaknesses in the platform.
• Disrespectful behavior toward other members or staff.

Srd9 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure safe and compliant services. Identity verification may be required in the following situations:

• At the time of your first withdrawal request.
• For large withdrawal amounts (generally above ৳50,000).
• When suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• As part of routine compliance checks.

KYC verification may require a scan of your national ID or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and proof of payment method. Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Srd9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms and Conditions.
• If fraud or misconduct is established.
• If KYC documents are not submitted within the required timeframe.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Requesting self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

You can request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance will be made available for withdrawal, but funds forfeited due to abuse will not be returned.

Srd9 is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet connection failures.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
• Losses due to unauthorized access to your account where you have been negligent in protecting your password.
• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
